After 6+ years of clients, I know how to get the best results with the least amount of miscommunication or lag time. My process is built on getting aligned on the vision through visual collaboration, keeping the revisions for *refinement* not restarting, and giving my input when needed.
Know Your Brand Like the Back of My Hand 🤞
Before we start, I always do a deep dive into your brand: the values, the industry, the target audience, the personality, etc. I use this information so that my designs are both functional and strategic, not just aesthetic.
Align on the Vision & Creative Direction First 🔮
I develop 1-2 creative direction concepts that visually represent your brand’s personality & purpose. This way, we can align on the vibe with real visual references to point to, removing the guesswork and moving into the drafting stage with clarity.
Temperature Checks & Open Collaboration ❤️🔥
The drafting stage builds on top of the chosen concept and your initial feedback. For each draft, you’ll get a walkthrough of my design decisions—so that you’re actually part of the creative process. Then, you provide your honest thoughts & approvals!

After multiple rounds of revision—with drafts, discussions and feedback for each one—you still get a final approval stage to make sure the end deliverables are exactly what you’re looking for. This avoids any need for extra revisions or edits post-delivery!

Do you have a guarantee or refund policy?
I can't make any guarantees to the results or outcome of our call, because I can't and won't make false promises! I will, however, guarantee my full transparency with my advice and full efforts to make the call as valuable & helpful as possible.
If you decide to cancel, you can get a full refund for any calls not held if you cancel at least 2 hours in advance! If you have to cancel a call but want to reschedule, there's no added fees!
Do I get follow-up support after our call?
After our call, feel free to send me an email updating me on your progress! If you have follow-up questions, you can let me know and I can decide if I can answer them quickly via email, or if we need to schedule another call.
Do you offer discounts or scholarships?
The rate you see is my best attempt to make these calls as affordable as I can, while still being fair to my time & expertise! I do, however, offer unlimited mentorship with my Designers' Summer Camp, which you can apply for a partial or full scholarship for every summer!
How far in advance can I schedule calls?
My schedule is usually the most accurate up to 14 days in advance, but we can always work together to schedule the calls if you have a quick deadline OR if you have a pace you want to set for future calls. Just let me know via email when we're discussing the session and I'll help you out!
What do you need from me before we start?
I'll send you a mentorship intake form before our call that helps me collect as much information as possible about your questions/situation so that I can prep in advance. Make sure to fill this out before our call— preferably at least 24hrs before!
If you want to show me anything or walk me through something, just indicate that in your form, and either share the links/files in the form OR have them ready to go for screensharing during the call.
The call is mostly about you, so some people like to have a list of questions prepared, others like to send me questions in advance, but just prepare whatever will help you get the most out of the call!
Why was I denied a call?
I never want to deny anyone, but if I do, it's for your own benefit! It usually means that something in your application makes me think I'm not the best person to help you and I don't want to waste your time or money. It might also mean I'm in a busy period and don't have the capacity to take anyone on, but I'll let you if that's the case.

Are any other resources included in the call?
There's nothing explicitly included besides the call itself & the recording, but I'll often share links to free resources during or after the call or suggest paid products that fit the given advice. If you're looking to access more of my paid resources, I would recommend joining the Designers' Summer Camp, which comes with unlimited mentorship AND every resource I've ever made!
How do I know if a mentorship call is right for me?
I would check the section called "This is perfect for you if..." to see if any of those characteristics matches you! If you're reading through this and you're still not sure, I would recommend applying anyways and I can see if we're a good fit based on what you provide! You can also send me an email if you want to talk it through.
